Dieting

Surprise, surprise, someone discovered the only way you are going to lose weight is to eat less calories. I guess that is too simple for people to absorb. They go out and buy all these plans and once the plan is done, they go back to their regular habits and the weight comes right back. Now they have actually published an article on losing weight and cutting calories. My husband has been saying that for as long as I can remember. He always says, just eat less and you will lose the weight you want to lose, and he is right. Why is that so hard to do? Because they throw all these treats and junk food at us and huge servings in restaurants. That is part of the reason and the rest is self-control.
