Blogging for Cash

I have been blogging for cash now for several years. Things have slowed down quite a bit but we are keeping up with it. It is a good way to make extra money when you are retired and it takes quite a bit of your time, so it is good that I am retired. It does get boring if you don't have any hobbies though and I have never been good at knitting or any crafting or anything like that. But I love to type so this is great for me. I am always looking for extra ways to make money with my computer and our family is very helpful.

Kitchen Sinks

Women and also some men too, spend a great deal of time in the kitchen. There are always meals to prepare and snacks as well. It is always nice to have great kitchen sinks to work with. This website has wonderful sinks that are not just the usual style sink but more contemporary sinks that really set off your kitchen. I especially like the American Standard "culinaire" sink as it is so attractive. But no matter what type you like, I think you will find it here.

Hospitals

I have fallen behind in my posting as my husband spent 11 days in the hospital. Did you know that the hospital is the worst place there is to get any rest? If you have never been in one, you would not know that, but it is true. They give you something to help you sleep at night and once you get to sleep, a nurse comes in with a flashlight, wakes you up to check your blood pressure, etc. So what happens to your sleep? There you lie awake like an owl and can't get back to sleep. Then people coming to visit you wonder why you look so tired and run down.

Help Children Learn with Personalized Books

Personalized children's books are becoming more and more popular. They are a fantastic way to not only boost a child's self esteem through learning, but also a wonderful way to introduce them to reading, spelling and their name. Hospitals

My husband has been in the hospital a week now after colon cancer surgery. He has a stomach ache all the time and hasn't been able to eat anything. They had to hook up an IV again this morning and finding a vein is very difficult for the nurses. Then they keep giving him pills for antibiotics which upset the stomach so you can't seem to win. I know hospitals are the place to be when you are sick but sometimes you seem to get sicker before you get better

Traffic

Isn't the traffic getting terrific everywhere. I think every person in every family now has a car and is out on the road. It has gotten so much more congested just in the last couple of years. The other night I had to drive home in the rain and it was tough meeting all the cars headlights in the rain with the windshield wipers going. And the windshield tended to fog over all the time so you had to keep the defroster going all the time too.

Greenhouses

There is such a difference in the arrangements various greenhouses provide. Some we have found make up the most spectacular arrangements to send to your friends and relatives in times of sorrow, illness or a special celebration. Today my husband received the most spectacular flower arrangement I have ever seen. It had beautiful deep red and orange bird of paradise flowers in it along with much more. I have never seen anything quite like it but it is gorgeous. He also received a beautiful African Violet and I have never seen one this color either. So pretty.
