School Sales of Products

We have a number of children in our neighborhood who are in school. Now is the time they all seem to come around selling everything from pizza to chocolate. I bought two frozen cherry pies this time. Last time I got 2 apple pies.

In addition to that, they are selling cookie dough. The cookie dough factory is right here in our town and they make the dough in little buckets for freezing. They only sell it to people for fund raisers. Last time I got Heath bar cookie dough and chocolate chip cookie dough. The chips are more like small chunks and are they ever good!

The dough keeps in the refrigerator for 3 months after it is thawed or almost indefinitely in the freezer. It is really neat to have a tub sitting in the refrigerator so that you can bake as many or as few cookies as you want. I like to bake 9 on a cookie sheet and put them in a tupperware container where they keep very well. They are nice and soft, however, if you like a crisp cookie, you can bake the a minute or two longer and you have nice crisp cookies. It is really convenient.
