Spring at Last
I think we are finally going to have Spring at last. If it keeps going this way, March will go out like a lamb. The neighbor girls brought me over a pot with 3 blooming tulip bulbs in it. They are bright yellow and just beautiful. They wrapped the pot in bright yellow paper so it is a ray of sunshine in the house. It is Spring break for the kids so they are having fun outside. Snow is really melting and more and more grass showing. Supposed to have some rain this weekend. That should get rid of more of the snow. I just hope it doesn't rain on the Easter bonnets and new clothes everyone has purchased.

Easter is Coming
Easter is the time of the year when we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. It is a happy time when everyone enjoys the Springtime. They all like to get new bright colored clothes and enjoy the day. Our church is having a wonderful breakfast and then church service with lots of music and celebration of the resurrection. The restaurants will be full of people that day too, standing room only usually.

Spring?
Spring - where are you? The groundhog said we would have an early Spring. Ever since that we have had one weekend snow storm after another. I think this is the 4th or 5th week in a row they are predicting snow. We have had quite a bit of sunshine. It has melted the snow down to lower levels but the ground is still all white except for a few places. It has been bitterly cold too. You always need your winter coat and gloves.

Spring Weather
Well - where is it? The groundhog said we would have an early Spring. Ever since, we have had the worst possible weather. March has been one big snowstorm after another, with little snows and freezing rains inbetween. I have missed more church this year, I think, than I have ever missed in many years. All this due to major storms hitting us on the weekends. But now we are also getting freezing rains and snow mixed on weekdays too. It is only 6 days till Spring but somehow I get the feeling it is going to be much longer than that before we start seeing nice weather. I checked to see if my tulips might be coming up and it is solid ice there. I just hope it doesn't kill them off.

Chemical Investment Bank
Chemicals today are handled by a great many companies all over the globe and there are many of them that do not know whether or not they are environmentally safe. With chemical mergers and acquisitions going on every day, it is important to have someone who is very experienced in a great many chemicals handling your business transactions. A great many banks do not have the expertise to know what to do when chemical companies sell their company, or buy a company or handle the many transactions between such companies. However, with a chemical investment bank that has a team that has worked together for over 10 years, they can be confident their team knows the ins and outs of chemicals, such as liabilities, transactional issues, economics, to name a few, and their clients deserve to be well informed before completing any major transactions. Because they are global, and have several offices in other countries, they have accumulated a great deal of experience in order to give chemical advisory to their clients globally. You are able to download their Newsletter and past newsletters in order to gain full knowledge of their fine experience.

Enchiladas
Homemade Enchiladas have always been a favorite of my family ever since we moved to the Midwest from California. There we loved to eat almost anything Mexican. However, when we got here there wasn't a Mexican restaurant to be found anywhere. Since them, a great many of them have popped up and for that we are very grateful. However, there is still nothing like the homemade ones we have always enjoyed. Here are some my daughter made and sent some home with me. I thoroughly enjoyed them and she has really captured the making of the best sauce to go over them.

Rain!
It is raining here! We haven't really seen much rain which is a good thing when it is below zero. But it is above zero now so it should help take down some of the snow. It has been raining off and on since last night. The deck was really wet and some got in the mailbox and got the paper a bit wet. But we are glad to see the moisture. I know it will run off but it is March and soon Spring will officially be here. Then the frost in the ground will go and the rain can soak in. They say we need at least 16 inches of rain to make up for the bad drought we have had here.

Birthday Party Fun
We celebrated another first birthday on Sunday. The kids are had a great time. Here are two of the boys enjoying themselves. There was punch, snacks and lemon frosted cupcakes. The kids were given a simple cute craft and each made a little plastic box with a handle to carry little things in. Then we later we had a great supper of chicken noodle soup and also a Mexican soup. We added shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions and broke up some tortilla chips in it or dipped them in the Mexican soup. They were delicious along with two sizes of muffins. A good time was had by all.

Thumb Screw Knobs
For the finishing touch, often thumb
screw knobs are used. It is important to get the right size and style you want. In order to find what you need, I often go to the computer and check out the Internet first. I found a large variety of not only sizes but styles as well. They make for good looks. I found I could even call their toll free number for a mini catalog and advice if I need it.

Mexican Soup
We went to a birthday party and they had snacks, punch and great lemon cake. Then for supper we had Mexican soup. It was really good. We put shredded cheese on top. Then we added dollops of sour cream. On top of that we put chopped green onions. And to finish it off, crumbled tortilla chips on top. It was delicious. I had two bowls full and really enjoyed it. Had great muffins along with it. It was all a lot of fun.
Monitor Floor Stands
Whether it is for a home or a business, monitor floor stands make things much easier. For example, when we got our new flat screen TV, we felt it wasn't feasible to hang it on the wall due to vibrations from nearby trains passing a great deal on tracks near us. A monitor floor stand was just what we needed and we found you could get one that turns so you can adjust the angle whenever you wished. For the local businesses, their displays used monitor floor stands too as they could get the product shown to their customers right at eye level. They are sturdy and very convenient.
