Chinese Seafood

Chinese Seafood has joined the list of things coming from China that may be hazardous to your health. The list seems to be growing all the time. First, we heard about the chemicals in toothpaste that could poison you and then it was tires, toy trains and more. Now farmed seafood has joined the list of tainted and defective products from China that could be hazardous to a person's health. Federal health officials said Thursday that they were detaining three types of Chinese fish - catfish, basa and dace, as well as, shrimp and eel. They did this after testing repeatedly and turned up contamination with drugs unapproved in the U.S. for use in farmed seafood.
