Foreign Woman Kidnapped in Kabul

A foreign woman has been kidnapped at gunpoint in the heart of the Afgan capital of Kabul. Reports say she was at a restaurant with her partner when armed men walked in and took her away. Some senior officials said the woman, the first foreigner kidnapped in the city for more that two years, was German but others said she was French. The incident comes amid efforts to free 19 South Korean aid workers kidnapped by the Taleban in central Afghanistan.
