They were Right!

Here comes the snow. It's coming down in buckets. I don't know yet how much we have but they say we could get 4 inches or more. I don't care, it's nice and warm in here.

Here comes the snow. They say we are sure to get it this time. I'm ready for it. Have the snow blower ready to go. Let it come!

Missed us!

The snow missed us again! Can you believe it. It has been so warm that there is alot of open water on the lake and they are warning people to stay off it. Guess the ice fishermen will have to fish off the bank this year.

Weather Warnings

Well, they are finally talking snow, so I better get my snow blower primed up again and ready to go. They might be right this time. At least we have this much winter behind us.

Ice Fishing

I think they can give up on ice fishing this year. The lake still doesn't have enough ice to hold a man walking on it, let alone an ice house. All the snow keeps going around us and ends up in the south or north of us. I like that.

New Year's Day

Well here it is - New Year's Day, 2007. Can't believe how fast the years are flying by. Christmas is over and winter is setting in with alot of cold weather but still no snow. It is amazing for this part of the country.
