Frozen Bread and Rolls

Have you ever let frozen bread thaw and rise? It tastes just like homemade bread when it is baked. However, you do not have to do all the hard work of making the bread. Frozen cinnamon rolls are great too. I knew a lady who was known for her wonderful cinnamon rolls. I found out when she died that she always used frozen ones from the store. What a shock that was. I thought "I can do that". The next time I need some cinnamon rolls for something special, I will buy the frozen ones in the store :0)

Got the washing all done and working on my posts. Going for Mexican tonight. Always look forward to that. Neighbor called and needed some spice for some bread she is making but I was out of it too. Homemade bread sounds good in this cold weather.
