Easter is Coming
Easter is the time of the year when we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. It is a happy time when everyone enjoys the Springtime. They all like to get new bright colored clothes and enjoy the day. Our church is having a wonderful breakfast and then church service with lots of music and celebration of the resurrection. The restaurants will be full of people that day too, standing room only usually.

Pancakes and Sausages
Sometimes it is good just to have a simple supper. So we had breakfast for supper and it was good. I like to brown the little Hormel sausages and make pancakes from Hungry Jack mix. We love Mrs. Butterworth's syrup too. Our relatives gave us some real Wisconsin maple syrup and we will be using that soon. It is so good too.

What's For Breakfast?
Are you a steak and eggs person, or a pancake person or like me, a cereal person when it comes to eating breakfast. I like those that are crunchy flakes with strawberries in them or blueberries and almonds and dates too. I also like the crunchy flakes and lots of raisens. They taste so good. As soon as I pour my bowl, Holly comes running, hoping I will give her a few flakes and I do. She likes it as well as I do.

What's For Breakfast?
Now if you are my husband you will want to sit down to a couple of eggs with soft centers, over medium I think they call that. Along side the eggs, you will want toast and red raspberry jam, bacon or sausage or both and a big glass of orange juice. Does that sound good to you? He can eat that every day of his life and be content.
