Roofing

Today my son is helping roof his mother-in-laws house. It has been a lot of years since he did that kind of work. I hope he gets along ok. He's not a kid anymore. My landlord and his grandson roofed my garage a couple weeks ago. That was a lot smaller than this house. At least it is low to the ground. The weather is beautiful and cool. The house was only 61 inside when I got up this morning. That was just too cold to shower so turned on the heat for a bit. It is too early to be turning on heat too but it got down in the 40's last night.

Springlike Day

It is just a beautiful day here.  It is 42 degrees already.  The snow has been rapidly melting for several days now.  The wind is going to shift though tomorrow.  Then it will be like Winter again.  Temperatures are going to drop way down to single digits and even below zero at night by Monday.  Sunday will be a whole different day than today so better get out and enjoy it.  If you have anything you need to get done, today is the day.

Beautiful Day

It is a gorgeous day today. The sun is shining. The rain is past. We got 3/4" of rain and all the flowers are watered again. The lawn is mowed and sure looks nice. I went out and watered my flowering pots and they are really starting to bloom and look so nice. I got to the store after 7 this morning and got our Pepsi caffeine free pop on sale. That was a good deal too.
