Buy iPod Touch
It seems like everyone has an iPod now and I would like to buy ipod touch but I wasn't sure where to shop for one. As usual, I got on the Internet to see where I could purchase one and what I found was a huge selection of them at oustanding prices. I could get free shipping right to my home too. Now all I had to do was find out which has the best customer reviews and then decide which one I wished to purchase for myself. I love shopping and it was so much fun shopping where there was a good selection and good prices, as well. I found out I could have it shipped to me quite fast and I was delighted.

Lunchtime
Lunch time is always a fun time for these little kids. They have a wonderful porch to sit out in and enjoy their lunch. Their Mom always prepares a very nutritious meal for them. You can see they are really enjoying it. They have a neat picnic table to eat on too. I am sure eating out on the porch makes cleanup easier for Mom too.

Heat Wave
We're having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave. Sounds like a song we used to hear years ago. But the heat wave is definitely here. It is 92 degrees and the heat index is over 100. I do not like hot days like this. My best weather is 70 with a cool breeze. The humidity is terrible right now and sounds like tomorrow will be the same. We have a family reunion on Saturday and it is to be a bit cooler. I hope they are right.

Converter Digital
Today there are many needs for a converter digital. There are also many kinds of digital converters. For example, you may need one for your television set to convert over to HD. You may need one to convert the signal you are receiving, as well as, perhaps one for analog. We have several digital converters in our home. In the living room we have one for the HD television as we enjoy that so much. In the bedroom we have analog and it saves us money. They can also help with recording programs. And you can shop the Internet and save a lot of money.

Eureka a Science Fiction Show for Generation Next
Guest post by Toney Elliott
Eureka is my favorite science fiction show on tvbydirect.com. Although Eureka will probably never be remembered as a cult classic of the genre as a television show. It should be remembered as one of the most offbeat attempts to blend the general American mythology of high brow science fiction, with the normal everyday world. It is the line in the sand where Mayberry and the local town Sheriff meet the X-files.
There is a genuine sense of humor and something many newer science fiction shows lack today - the genre is based in teaching the mythology of the technological age in a semi-prohetic point of view. True science fiction has always been just a few decades or a millennium ahead, but not so far off that we cannot see the changes coming. Science fiction is the prophecy text of the common man. Eureka truely speaks to this pure formula in the science fiction genre.
Coming from the quirky think tank community of scientist and other resident locals, Eureka is seen through the daily law enforcement duties and experiences of the newly appointed Sheriff Jack Carter and teenage daughter Zoe. Eureka is Northern Exposure for the Wii generation. It is a bit hard to classify and worth a second glance before dismissing it as comedic farce. Eureka is much more science than fiction at heart.

Catch It if You Can
Here you see two of our great grandchildren at play outdoors on a beautiful summer day. They are trying to catch the bubbles and having a great time doing it. It is a simple thing to do and keeps them busy for a long time chasing after the bubbles. It is an inexpensive entertainment for them as well. They are also getting lots of exercise, fresh air and sunshine.

Father's Day
Yesterday was Father's Day. We had a good day at church. Someone got married on Saturday and served the whole church several kinds of cheesecake and salty snack mix. Three of the 4 kids called and wished my husband Happy Fathers Day. He got a card each day for 4 days up and on Father's day. I made him one of his favorite suppers and he also got a couple of text messages wishing him Happy Father's Day. It was a good day.
