Pizza Tonight

We have been home since Sunday with all the weather that went through here. I have cooked and cooked. But tonight it is my night to enjoy someone else's cooking. Tonight we took in the buffet at Pizza Ranch. They also have the best broasted chicken for miles around. Tomorrow it is back to the stove to make meals again but for tonight it was fun to get out.

Chicken and Fish Fry

We went to the fish fry tonight and the fish was extra good. Had a new coating on it and was crunchy and really good. They just brown their chicken and then put it in the oven and it just falls off the bone, it is so tender. They also have excellent brown gravy for mashed potatoes and if you like scalloped potatoes better, they have those too. They had beets tonight which was different and also chicken and noodles instead of beef and noodles. It is a really good meal for a very good price and lots of people go there every Friday night. Tomorrow I go to our Pastors in the morning for Christmas coffee and Christmas cookies. Everyone is bringing a dozen to share. I think that will be fun. I am looking forward to it.

Fish /Chicken Fry

We are off again tonight to the fish fry. They not only have great fish of several kinds but they also have great chicken and salads. We always eat too much but we have a good time visiting with relatives that are there to enjoy the food also. It is only $7 per person and it is all you can eat, so you can't beat that can you?

Pizza and Chicken

What could be better than lots of salad, pudding, pizza and broasted chicken. Could it be mashed potatoes with it and the best gravy around, green beans, chicken fingers and broasted potatoes too. And for dessert, cactus bread, a dessert pizza and it is really good with vanilla pudding on top. Wash it all down with our favorite coke product or lemonade and you have got some might good eating and leave the dishes to them. That's what we did tonight.

Pizza Tonight

Hey, it is Pizza Night at our house. We don't have to make supper tonight, although last night's supper was really good. We had burgers, home made potatoe salad and sweet corn fresh from the field. It is so good this time of year. Who can resist it. By the time you are done, you feel like you have it all over your face and glasses and stuck in your teeth, but it is well worth it. But tonight we are going to Pizza Ranch and they have the best broasted chicken too, mashed potatoes and gravy and a vegetable. They have a great salad bar too.
