Kids Grow Up Fast

Here is one of the latest additions to the family. My daughter is holding her latest grandson. He is growing up so fast. I think when you have your own children you are so busy, you do not always realize how fast they are growing and maturing. I thought he was about 3 months old and he is going on 6 months. Time really gets away from you. Babies are so cute and fun to watch.

Little Babies

My, do the little babies grow fast. Yesterday, three of my great grandchildren came to visit with their Mom and Grammy. Their little brother is growing so fast and he smiles a great deal. What a sweetheart.

Had lots of fun making him smile and he is so strong already. He's wanting to stand up on your lap. It is just amazing how fast they grow.

Babies Grow Up

Who couldn't love a smile like this one? Emry is the happiest little guy I know. He is walking now at a year and can he go. He really gets around and you can hardly keep up with him. His little cousin crawls as fast as she can to get away from him and she is fast. But she will soon be walking too and she doesn't like all the hugging Emry wants to give her. It is so much fun watching two little ones the same age as they get to know each other. It is a new experience for them both.

Thanksgiving Dinner

We are going to our daughter's for belated Thanksgiving dinner today. There will be too much food as always and everyone will overeat. That's half the fun of it. There will be lots of pictures taken and the new baby girl will be there for us to see her in person instead of just pictures. Heard the kids are coming home from Texas for Christmas so will get to see the little baby boy then. Neat.

Twins

I had twin girls 48 years ago and the one of my twin girls had twins. She had a boy and a girl. They grew up, married the same month, a week apart. This week they announced that both of them are pregnant and due almost the same day in October. Now what do you think the odds of that happening are? They have to be huge. It will be so much fun to follow along through these two pregnancies and find out what the babies are going to be. Wouldn't it be something if they were born on the same day? It could happen. We are thrilled and excited over this wonderful news.
