New Years Eve

It is New Year's Eve and what a blast. We're going out for a great dinner and then take in a show. Will watch the ball drop in New York, toast the New Year and head for bed.

It's very cold today and I do mean COLD! But there still isn't any snow, so how can I complain? The ice fisherman are unhappy though as the lake still hasn't frozen over.

Happy Birthday Justin

Happy Birthday to my nephew who is 23 today. Where did the years fly by? Seems like only yesterday, we were at the hospital awaiting his birth. Time is getting away from me.

Here Comes Santa Claus

Well it's the big day! Everything is ready to take to the big Christmas dinner at my daughter's house. I make a special salad everyone loves and no one can beat my mashed potatoes.

Was the Night Before Christmas

It was the night before Christmas and all thru the house the kittens were playing with their toy mouse. I made lots of candy and even a pie and tomorrow we'll all go for a ride to my daughter's house.

Shopping

I better get in gear and get going christmas shopping. I don't have alot to do but I haven't done any yet. it's time to get a move on and get going.

What Happened to Winter?

It has been so warm for December, you have to pinch yourself and tell yourself it's winter. There isn't any snow and the lake isn't frozen yet.
